Oh Miss Ava how you amaze me so. From your sweet tempered spirit to you great lookin eyes. I just love you so much. And I’m not gonna lie, but I am very impressed with this new thing you like to do. I’m not sure if I should let you suck on your toes like that but hey your not walking yet and your feet are probably cleaner than your fingers so why not!
Oh how you melt my heart!
Ava's best friend Lydia!
So I would like to say that I am Ava’s best friend since we spend the most time together but this is Lydi who Ava loves and Lydi loves Ava just as much. They are pretty much opposites but I think thats why they love each other so much.. Lydi is a ham and Ava is the observer. Lydi is actually a month and a half older than Miss Ava so it’s fun to see what Ava will be doing next. Im thinking if she had someone younger than her she would do what you are about to see Lydi do to her. Ava’s got to learn to hold her own.
Lydia always smiles for the camera and Ava is not quite sure of what is going on. Or maybe she is not quite sure about what Lydia will do next...
They start to play. And suddenly Lydia pulls a fast one and steals whatever Ava is playing with.
And then Ava cries and the fun is over. Ava we have got to learn to be much quicker when it comes to playing with Miss Balint! You will get quicker I promise or else your mom will come to the rescue. (Don't worry I'm not going to be one of those moms.)
We woke up Saturday morning to someone’s idea of a little fun…. needless to say I thought it was pretty funny and I was impressed that we didn’t hear anything going on Friday evening.
So this week I put away Ava’s 3 month clothing and brought out the 6 month clothing. It’s always very sad to me that she no longer fits in her tiny little clothes but it is also very exciting to me that she is turning into a little girl. I miss little things about how her eyes used to cross all of the time and how she used to smile with her lips closed and raise her eyebrows when she looked at you. But I get so excited now that she is growing all of the time and changing. I love how she giggles at things she thinks is funny and how she says mamamamamamama (and I am pretty sure she knows what it means), I love her new fake cough that she does and spitting thing with her tongue. I love that she is super interested in what is going on outside. I love how she can push herself all of the floor going backwards on her tummy. But I occasionally look back at when she was first born and I thought she was much bigger then she was. I thought she should wear 3 month clothing home from the hospital, but it was obviously too big.
well the sleeves are now too small but the hood fits perfectly!
